These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you visit littlelaramail.com or purchase from Little Lara Mail. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Little Lara Mail operates this website and sells monthly children’s postal subscriptions and illustrated products. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.

Using our website

You must use this website only for lawful purposes. Although our products are designed for children, purchases and subscription management must be completed by an adult who is legally able to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your email, billing and delivery details, is accurate and kept up to date.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes and the handmade or illustrated nature of our products.

We may update, change or discontinue products without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue a refund.

Please check your order and delivery details carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error, although we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has entered preparation or production.

Products are intended for personal or household use and must not be reproduced or resold commercially without our written permission.

Subscriptions

Little Lara Mail is a monthly subscription with no minimum term. The payment method provided at checkout will be charged automatically on each renewal date until the subscription is cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription-management link in your order emails or customer account. You may also contact support@laraandkin.com for assistance.

Cancellation must take place before the next renewal date to prevent the following recurring payment. If a payment has already been processed, that edition may still be prepared and dispatched, and cancellation will apply to future renewals.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges and taxes will be shown before you complete your purchase.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted. Any change to a recurring subscription price will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

Shipping and delivery

Subscription editions are prepared and posted on the monthly dispatch date displayed on the Subscribe page. Print Shop products may be produced and dispatched separately.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All original illustrations, characters, stories, artwork, photographs, text, branding and designs displayed on this website or supplied in Little Lara Mail products belong to Little Lara Mail or their respective licensors.

They are provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially use any content or product design without our prior written permission.

Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers and subscription-management services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external websites that we do not operate.

Website availability and prohibited use

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

Changes will not remove rights relating to an order that has already been accepted. Where required, we will notify subscription customers of material changes affecting their subscription.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
